Hi Cathy, We are not familiar with Photoshop Elements. These patterns were created using Photoshop but you can try them in GIMP.

Can these be used for Photoshop Elements or do you need the full version of Photoshop?

I love all of them! I am glad to have seen this blog post. Using photoshop to create such beautiful patterns is certainly eye candy. Hopefully, the portfolio increases for this blog post.
