Thank you for this fantastic set, it’s the best wooden icon set ever. I have one question, how did you make the effect on the border of the wood? It’s beautiful, and I was planning to make a wood rectangle with that effect as background for my website menu. Would be awesome to have the same texture as the icons though, I love that one

Glad you like our wooden icons. We have posted some light wood textures that should be similar if not the same texture used on this wooden icons. These are simply beautiful! I’m working on a site for building contractor who specializes in cottages — lots of wood!
One thing that would be nice to see is icons to match for things like phone number, location, google maps, etc.
Also, Google+ and +1 buttons would be nice nice additions to the set, as well as a Facebook Like button.
I know it is hard to anticipate all the different needs and new stuff is always coming along. You’ve done a great job here.
